1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern access to Vintraa, including its marketplace, workspaces, publisher tools, developer APIs, SDKs, installed agents and related beta services (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the versioned Vintraa privacy notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected compromise.
2. Beta service and changes
The Service is in beta. Features, limits, integrations and availability may change. Zyntria Labs may correct, suspend or withdraw a feature when needed for security, legal compliance, provider failure, abuse prevention or safe operation. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively and will be identified by a new version and effective date.
No service-level commitment applies unless a separate written order expressly provides one.
3. Workspaces, agents and third parties
Workspace owners control membership, installed agents, configuration and business data. Marketplace agents may be supplied by independent publishers. Publisher identity, review evidence, permissions and release information help users assess an agent but are not a guarantee that an agent is suitable for a particular purpose.
Users must review requested permissions and keep meaningful human oversight for high-impact actions. An agent publisher may impose separate support, privacy, commercial or usage terms. Those separate terms are between the user and the publisher unless an order expressly says otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break the law, infringe rights, deceive people or facilitate abuse;
- access another account, workspace, publisher or system without permission;
- upload malware, evade scanning, defeat access controls or test other users;
- extract credentials, signing material, personal data or confidential data;
- send spam, unlawful surveillance or discriminatory automated decisions;
- exceed documented limits, disrupt availability or conceal the source of abusive traffic; or
- represent an unreviewed or modified release as certified by Vintraa.
Security testing must be limited to systems and accounts you own or have been authorised to test. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].
5. Publisher obligations
Publishers retain responsibility for their agents and must keep manifests, permissions, data practices, pricing, support, security contacts and runtime behaviour accurate. A publisher must have rights to its code, content, marks, assets and data; comply with its promises to customers; protect credentials; and cooperate with review, incident, removal and remediation requests.
Zyntria Labs may reject, quarantine, unlist, deprecate or suspend an application or release when evidence is incomplete, policy is breached, ownership is unclear, a vulnerability exists or continued availability creates material risk. Automated checks and human review reduce risk but do not transfer a publisher's legal or operational responsibility to Zyntria Labs.
6. Content and intellectual property
Each party keeps ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. You grant Zyntria Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, transform and display content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service, comply with law and perform your instructions. Publishers also grant the rights needed to list approved marketplace information and deliver approved assets to users.
You must not submit content you lack authority to use. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify confidential or personal information.
7. Charges and payments
Any charge, currency, billing period, tax treatment and renewal term must be shown in the applicable checkout, order or publisher terms before payment. Payments may be processed by Stripe. Publisher-managed charges are paid directly to the publisher and are governed by that publisher's terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
8. Privacy and security
The versioned Vintraa privacy notice explains personal-data processing. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate notices for data you put into a workspace or send to an agent. Do not submit special-category, regulated or highly sensitive data unless the applicable workflow, agreement and agent release expressly permit it.
Zyntria Labs uses technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. You must maintain appropriate backups of information you are required to preserve outside the Service.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and may request account or workspace data actions through the available controls. Zyntria Labs may restrict or terminate access for breach, fraud, legal requirement, non-payment, security risk or material harm. Where reasonable, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided. Certain audit, security, financial and legal records may be retained as stated in the privacy notice or required by law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” beta basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Zyntria Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss caused by an independent publisher, external runtime or provider outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Any additional liability allocation, governing law or dispute procedure stated in a signed order takes precedence for that order; otherwise mandatory applicable law and the courts having lawful jurisdiction apply.
11. General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or agreement without consent; Zyntria Labs may transfer the Service as part of a lawful reorganisation or sale with appropriate notice. Notices may be delivered to the account email or through the Service.
